The Cove’s Conch Diving Experience allows guests the opportunity to embark on an authentic, culinary adventure as they set sail into the turquoise waters of the Caribbean for a half-day diving trip with a local guide.
The guide will share stories about the history of conch and its significance in Bahamian culture. This activity gives guests a true sense of place, as they experience literal and figurative ‘local flavor’ while learning about locally sourced food and the history of Eleuthera.
After snorkeling and harvesting conch, our Captain takes guests to a private beach for a deliciously prepared lunch including ceviche, made with fresh conch collected from the dive. This is a perfect way to explore the surrounding Islands and enjoy fresh, hand-prepared seafood with a local twist!
